Job summary

Semantive is seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Consultant in Poland to help clients transform their cloud architectures. The role focuses on Amazon Connect-based contact centers, IVR design, and cross‑service integration with AWS and external systems.

You will drive real-time monitoring, workshops, and scalable implementations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Amazon Connect expertise, AWS certifications, and strong communication skills in English and Polish, with willingness to travel

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering contact center solutions, preferably Amazon Connect.
• Strong hands-on expertise in IVR flows, call routing and agent workflows.
• Knowledge in Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, Generative AI or Conversational AI.
• AWS certifications are considered a plus.
• Experience with CTI integrations and API-based connectivity.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Availability for occasional travel related to customer engagements.
• Team-oriented with strong communication and structured approach.
• Background in STEM or IT training or equivalent hands-on IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and translate business needs into well-architected Amazon Connect solutions for customer service.
• Advise and support customers during implementation of Amazon Connect-based platforms.
• Design and build customized IVR scenarios and agent workspace configurations.
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services and external systems such as CRM platforms.
• Set up real-time monitoring, reporting and historical analytics for contact center performance.
• Plan and deliver customer workshops and hands-on trainings.
• Create test strategies and rollout plans for new solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure robust, scalable customer implementations.
