We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Cloud Consultant eager to join us on this mission.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate and translate business needs into well-architected Amazon Connect contact center solutions tailored to customer service use cases
• Advise and support customers throughout the implementation of Amazon Connect-based contact center platforms
• Design and build customized IVR scenarios, call routing logic and agent workspace configurations
• Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Bedrock, Lex, Lambda and DynamoDB, as well as external systems including CRM platforms
• Set up and optimize real-time monitoring, reporting and historical analytics for contact center performance
• Plan and deliver customer workshops, knowledge‑sharing sessions and hands‑on trainings
• Create test strategies, validation scenarios and structured rollout plans for new solutions
• Collaborate closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure robust, scalable and high-quality customer implementations

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering and implementing contact center solutions, preferably based on Amazon Connect
• Strong hands‑on expertise in designing and configuring IVR flows, call routing logic and agent workflows
• Solid knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, Generative AI or Conversational AI
• AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Solutions Architect or equivalent) are considered a plus
• Practical experience with CTI integrations and API‑based system connectivity
• Ability to understand business and customer needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
• Strong motivation to work with modern technologies and continuously expand your technical skill set
• Full professional proficiency in both Polish and English, written and spoken
• Availability for occasional travel related to customer engagements
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a structured, methodical approach to work
• Background in STEM, formal IT training (e.g. application development) or equivalent hands‑on experience in the IT field
