GGS IT Consulting in Kraków is seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to join our expanding Automation Team. You will contribute to three areas: enhancing client systems, building new solutions based on existing platforms, and creating entirely new systems or products.

The role blends business analysis with technical work: analyze needs, design automation plans, develop proofs of concept, and lead full production rollouts using low‑code tools and AI.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of IT technology.
• Min. 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Experience in analyzing business needs and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with BPMN and UML.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Application development using business process automation or low-code tools.
• Very good command of English (min. B2).
• Very good communication skills.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and processes, gathering and documenting requirements.
• Develop automation plans and strategies.
• Design and implementing proof-of-concept solutions, followed by full production rollouts.
• Design IT solutions based on low-code platforms and AI.
• Create and model solutions, data structures, business processes, algorithms and user interfaces using visual tools.
