Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong React JS and Java experience.
• Experience with GitHub CLI and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
• Sound understanding of Generative AI concepts and frontier models.
• Strong domain knowledge in collateral and margin management.
• Experience with prompt engineering.
• Understanding of structured context in codebases, including AGENTS.md and skills frameworks.
• Openness to work hybrid from Kraków 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full stack applications using React JS and Java.
• Build and enhance solutions supporting investment banking operations.
• Leverage GitHub Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot in daily development activities.
• Apply Generative AI capabilities to improve software delivery and business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement and maintain scalable, high-quality, and secure software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
• Contribute to application modernization and automation initiatives.
