Job summary

First Advantage in Kraków, Poland is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our hybrid team, splitting time between the office and remote work. You will own manual and automated testing across UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.

You’ll build scalable automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with developers, product partners, and QA peers to continuously improve product quality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on QA automation experience.
• Experience with UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript test automation.
• Experience with WebdriverIO or Playwright.
• Familiarity with cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Strong collaboration and communication in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual, exploratory testing of UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.
• Develop and maintain automated tests and frameworks.
• Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with developers.
• Document clear bug reports and validate requirements.
