Job summary

Ciklum in Poland is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our cross-functional team. This hands-on role focuses on designing and delivering scalable, AI-driven automation across our operations and customer experience platforms.

You will own end-to-end technical health, lead integrations, and build self-service workflows, leveraging low-code, Python, and Azure tools. Remote-friendly and highly collaborative environment with global impact.

Qualifications

• AI and LLM capabilities to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• REST API integration to connect disparate systems.
• Strong scripting and Azure services experience.
• Azure: Function Apps, Logic Apps, Automation Accounts, DevOps.
• Agile experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, SF).
• Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Data manipulation with PowerShell/SQL; Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operations systems and internal tools.
• Manage and optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, workflows, integrations, and automation.
• Design and develop automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Own the resolution of complex technical issues from investigation to permanent fix.
• Plan and execute work within a two-week sprint cycle.
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations and platform capabilities for Operations and CX teams.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance system intelligence and automate decisions.
