Job summary

Cognizant in Krakow seeks a technically strong Developer/Analyst to join the Developer Solutions task force within the GDO Auto Locality Experts program. You will collaborate with domain experts to understand workflows, design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and AI tools to remove manual bottlenecks.

As a hands-on contributor, you will prototype to production, integrate AI prompts, and create dashboards to monitor operations, with strong emphasis on Python, ML tooling, and geospatial

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical operations, software development, data analysis, or developer support.
• Experience turning manual problems into automated technical solutions.
• Strong English communication, B2+ level.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Locality Experts to gather requirements and map pain points.
• Design, build, and deploy Python/AI tools and automated pipelines.
• Develop AI-driven workflows and prompt engineering for geospatial tasks.
• Triage and resolve complex issues; document edge-cases.
• Create dashboards (PLX) to monitor issues and generate RCA reports.
