Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of analytics, BI, reporting, or automation-focused roles.
• Experience building automation workflows in production environments.
• Experience with APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts (OCR, NLP, prompt engineering, confidence scoring).
• Experience with Codex IDE or similar AI-assisted coding tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and continuously improve scalable automation workflows supporting commercial operations.
• Create and refine prompt flows, validation logic, and confidence-scoring mechanisms.
• Engineer resilient workflow orchestration with queues, retries, failover, and exception routing.
• Monitor solution performance across accuracy, processing time, throughput, and exceptions; drive improvements based on data.
• Define exception-handling frameworks and human-in-the-loop processes for low-confidence cases.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data teams, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable automation solutions.
• Develop AI-powered extraction capabilities parsing and structured data inputs for downstream actions.
