Job summary

Peoplemore is seeking an experienced software engineer to join the Kraków team. The role focuses on designing and delivering automation services, APIs, and workflows that streamline platform controls.

You will work closely with global engineering teams to improve engineering processes through automation and reuse. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of software engineering experience, strong Linux/web tech knowledge, and hands-on expertise with Grafana/InfluxDB.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience with API development, databases and data schemas.
• Good understanding of Linux and web technologies.
• Solid knowledge of HTTP, DNS, TLS, load balancing, reverse proxies, API gateways and service meshes.
• Experience with microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana and InfluxDB or similar monitoring / observability tools.
• Understanding of Internal Developer Platforms, hosting platforms and cloud environments.
• Very good English and Polish
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyse technology controls and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design and develop automation services, workflows and integrations.
• Build and maintain APIs, data schemas and process flows.
• Develop solutions supporting the Platform Control Plane.
• Improve existing engineering processes through automation and reuse.
• Work with global engineering teams on platform improvements
