Job summary

Netwrix is seeking an AI Automation Engineer in Kraków to design and maintain agentic automations that speed up product management workflows. You will integrate tools across CRM, knowledge bases, project trackers, and chat platforms, building a reusable library and collaborating with stakeholders to turn pain points into working solutions.

You will work with AI/LLM tooling, APIs, and multi-step workflows, ensuring robust testing, monitoring, and user training to maximize adoption and impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building automated workflows or agentic systems with tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar (or custom code).
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools - agent creation, tool/API integrations, and multi-step workflows.
• Experience integrating with business systems via APIs (CRM, ticketing, chat/collaboration platforms).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and automations supporting product management work.
• Integrate automations with CRM, knowledge base, project trackers, chat tools via APIs/connectors.
• Create and maintain a shared library of reusable automations and skills.
• Collaborate with product managers to translate pain points into working tools.
• Test, monitor, and iterate on active automations.
• Train and support users to operate and improve the tools.
