Job summary

Flo Health is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead app user acquisition campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram), with expansion to TikTok and Snapchat.

You will optimize account structure, bidding models and audience segments, drive growth through rapid experimentation, and produce regular performance reports in partnership with analytics, creative and social teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition.
• Expert-level experience managing Meta Ads campaigns at scale, ideally with TikTok/Snapchat
• Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for ROAS, CPA and LTV.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
• Proficiency using MMP tools to measure attribution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale app user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
• Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
• Drive incremental growth through performance-focused campaign strategy and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition.
• Generate insights from performance data and proactively identifying areas of opportunity.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and evolving privacy regulations.
• Producing regular performance reports and contributing to strategic discussions.
