Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience in app user acquisition.
• Expert-level Meta Ads campaigns at scale, ideally with TikTok/Snapchat.
• Proven track record of optimizing ROAS, CPA, and LTV.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Solid understanding of app attribution and MMP tools.
• BI tools like Looker or Tableau for data visualization.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Upper-intermediate or advanced English.
• Ability to conduct market research and competitors analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and scale app user acquisition campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), with other paid social channels as a plus.
• Monitor and optimize account structure, bidding models, and audience segmentation.
• Drive incremental growth through performance-focused strategy and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with analytics, creative and social teams to boost paid acquisition.
• Generate insights from performance data and identify opportunities.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations.
• Produce regular performance reports and contribute to strategic discussions.
