Job summary

Koch is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst in Katowice, Poland. The role supports invoice processing across European business units for Molex, helping ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

You will engage with stakeholders, drive process improvements, and participate in automation initiatives to add value across the organization. Ideal candidates have accounts payable experience, strong English skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, finance operations, shared services, accounting, procurement operations, customer support, or related business processes.
• English proficiency.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning systems, financial systems, procurement platforms, workflow tools, or similar business applications.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and related transactions accurately and efficiently while collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to internal controls, compliance requirements, policies, and procedures in daily operations.
• Follow up on aged, unapproved, and rejected invoices to ensure timely resolution and processing.
• Collaborate with business partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of payables transactions and ledger balances.
• Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Use enterprise resource planning systems, workflow tools, and reporting solutions to support operational performance.
• Analyze exceptions, identify root causes, and help implement solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and stakeholder experience.
• Participate in projects involving system implementations, process improvements, automation initiatives, and internal control enhancements.
• Depending on role level and experience, contribute to process documentation, stakeholder engagement, training activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvement efforts.
