Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and related business processes.
• Familiarity with ERP/financial systems and procurement platforms.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Process invoices and related transactions accurately and efficiently with stakeholders.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies in daily operations.
• Follow up on aged, unapproved, and rejected invoices for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure payables accuracy and ledger balances.
• Support month-end close activities related to AP and invoice processing.
• Use ERP, workflow tools, and reporting solutions to monitor performance.
• Analyze exceptions and help implement solutions to improve efficiency and controls.
• Participate in system implementations, process improvements, and automation projects.
• Contribute to process documentation, stakeholder engagement, and training as needed.
