Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Senior AP Accountant to deliver high-quality Purchase-to-Pay services, support vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timely vendor payments across markets in the CEMEA region.

The role requires a Master’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years of PtP experience, SAP proficiency, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with 8+ days in the office per month.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in accounting, finance or similar field.
• At least 3 years of professional background in a similar PtP role.
• Complete end-to-end PtP process knowledge.
• SAP knowledge is essential.
• Proficient Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor and business queries (internal and external).
• Monitor open vendor balances and related activities.
• Monitor blocked invoices.
• Resolve issues to release outgoing payments.
• GR/IR activities.
• Deliver productivity and quality results per KPIs and targets.
• Continuous process improvement.
• Perform monthly and yearly close activities.
