Brenntag is seeking a P2P Analyst Accounts Payable for the German-speaking market (Austria, Switzerland) to ensure timely AP processes within Procure-to-Pay. Based in Łódź with a hybrid model (3 days in the office), you will collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, supporting transition activities and improving accuracy in financial operations.

You will bring 1-3 years in P2P AP, a Finance/Accounting degree, and fluency in English and German, with SAP or ERP experience and a collaborative

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify invoices per policies and controls.
• Process invoices in line with service levels and KPIs.
• Execute AP and Travel & Expense processes with compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to resolve queries.
• Prepare standard analytical reports and schedules.
• Identify issues and propose efficiency improvements.
• Support transition activities and SOP creation.
• Escalate complex issues as needed.
