Job summary

Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. in Łódź seeks a Planning Specialist to provide operational and analytical support for efficient planning and master data quality.

You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and collaborate across Production, Material Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Quality teams in a permanent hybrid role serving multiple markets. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a related field, 1–3 years of experience, strong Excel skills,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• 1–3 years in supply chain, planning, logistics, manufacturing, or related function.
• Understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Power BI experience is advantageous.
• Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support Production and Material Planners in daily planning activities.
• Monitor production schedules, material availability, and planning exceptions.
• Update and maintain planning parameters within the ERP system.
• Provide planning support and backup during peak workload periods.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Supply Chain reports.
• Monitor and report KPIs such as OTIF, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Analyze planning performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management.
• Coordinate communication across Planning, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Quality functions.
• Follow up on actions from planning meetings and support administrative coordination.
• Participate in Supply Chain improvement projects.
• Support process standardization, KPI automation, and dashboard development.
