Qualifications

Master's degree in business/finance or related field.
8–12 years of experience in Finance, Business Transformation, or Program Management within multinational organizations.
Proven track record leading complex transformation initiatives from mobilization to stabilization.
Fluent in English; willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

Translate finance priorities into structured initiatives and roadmaps.
Lead complex transformation initiatives across mobilization, stabilization, and value realization.
Drive change management, adoption, and alignment across stakeholders.
Ensure value realization and transparency in the transformation portfolio.
Embed sustainable ways of working into the Finance Operating Model.
