Barry Callebaut Manufacturing Iberica SA. is seeking a Senior AP Accountant to deliver high-quality Purchase-to-Pay services, support vendors and stakeholders, and ensure timely vendor payments across markets in the CEMEA region.

The role requires a Master’s degree in accounting or finance, at least 3 years of PtP experience, SAP proficiency, and strong analytical skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with 8+ days in the office per month.

Abou the role:

As a Senior AP Accountant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services, supporting the business, vendors, and other stakeholders. You will ensure timely vendor payments while meeting established KPIs and will have the opportunity to collaborate with and support multiple markets across the CEMEA region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling vendor and business queries (internal and external)
• Monitoring open vendor balances (including debit balances) and related activities
• Monitoring blocked invoices
• Resolving the issues in order to release outgoing payments
• GR/IR activities
• Delivering productivity and quality results as per the KPIs and targets settled
• Constant improvement of the process
• Perform monthly and yearly close activities

About you:

• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or similar field is a must
• At least 3 years of professional background in a similar position
• Complete end-to-end PtP process knowledge
• Other languages would be an asset
• Knowledge of SAP is a must
• Practical excel skills
• Strong analytical and multitasking skills
• Strong team player
