Job summary

Barry Callebaut Group is seeking an FP&A Analyst, Sourcing (Western Europe) to support monthly results, rolling forecasts, and global consolidations for the Western Europe Sourcing team. You will ensure data integrity across systems and contribute to senior management reporting with strong analytics.

The role partners with the Senior FP&A Analyst and Finance Business Partner to deliver accurate insights, maintain Power BI dashboards, and drive data quality improvements through cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• At least 3 years in a similar FP&A role.
• Strong analytical skills with MS Office and SAP R/3.
• Experience handling large datasets and report accuracy.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly raw material profitability results for Western Europe.
• Validate and reconcile financial data across systems.
• Support monthly rolling forecasts and variance analysis.
• Assist in budget and forecast cycles with data prep.
• Contribute to monthly global sourcing results consolidation.
• Maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Risk, Treasury, and Digital teams on ad-hoc analysis.
