Job summary

Coforge is hiring a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer with Solution Architecture experience to design and build scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms for complex industrial environments.

You will lead architectural decisions, develop AI-powered solutions, and drive the adoption of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents while collaborating with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based enterprise applications.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and related technologies.
• Experience with Specification Driven Development (SDD) methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or React.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead architectural decisions for scalable, cloud-native SaaS platforms.
• Develop AI-powered solutions and drive adoption of Generative AI and Autonomous Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, product, sales, and customer success.
• Define architectural standards, roadmaps, and best practices for enterprise apps.
• Guide engineering teams on architecture while remaining hands-on in development.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Azure and/or AWS and manage containers with Docker/Kubernetes.
