Job summary

S-PRO is seeking an experienced Software Architect to lead architecture design and AI-enabled solutions for clients across fintech, healthcare, and more. The role involves presales, defining non-functional requirements, and shaping architectural strategies at scale.

You will collaborate with delivery teams to ensure architecture compliance, create proofs-of-concept, and drive forward intelligent, AI-driven features and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a software architect.
• Hands-on experience designing architecture on AWS or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Python and Node.js projects is a plus.
• Fintech experience is a strong plus for this position.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sale and discovery activities (RFI/RFP, project estimations and collaboration on proposals).
• Defining non-functional requirements, quality attributes, and architectural drivers.
• Forward thinking on industry impact from AI innovations, including AI harness company-wide integration.
• Building AI first solution such as multi agent orchestrators, RAG system, AI enabled features.
• System designing, architecture documenting, and review.
• Analyze possible project challenges and constraints including scope, resources and timing.
• Work with a software development team to ensure a defined architecture compliance.
• Ability of writing proof-of-concepts, and conducting code reviews.
