Job summary

Software Mind is looking for an AI Solutions Architect to design and deliver advanced AI-driven solutions with a focus on Generative AI. You will translate business challenges into scalable architectures and guide implementation across cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.

You will participate in AI pre-sales, shape AI strategies, lead technical workshops, and collaborate with clients to ensure solutions meet business goals while upholding governance and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT architecture, solutions architecture, or senior engineering roles OR 2+ years in AI/ML architecture.
• Proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and Agentic architectures.
• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Experience architecting solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of API design, system integration, and distributed architectures.
• Experience with ML/AIOps practices (deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for AI-driven solutions focused on Generative AI (LLMs, RAG, agents, automation).
• Engage in AI pre-sales activities and translate business requirements into proposals and architectures.
• Prepare architecture diagrams and conduct workshops and technical presentations.
• Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient AI architectures on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Define and oversee implementation of AI solutions (RAG pipelines, vector search, intelligent systems, agents, LLM integrations).
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams during delivery and governance of AI systems.
