Job summary

SoftSnow AI is hiring an AI Engineering Strategist to own the full lifecycle of client AI solutions, from problem framing to deployment and adoption. You will design, build, test, and present AI-enabled workflows, with strong emphasis on production quality and user impact.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, crafting reusable patterns and documentation that elevate team capabilities. Remote work is offered with results-driven expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of software engineering or AI/automation development experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents or LLM-powered apps.

Responsibilities

• Redesign work processes by uncovering real pain points and building AI solutions.
• Build production-ready AI agents using Claude, OpenAI, and other platforms.
• Architect scalable AI solutions including LLM integrations and automation workflows.
• Work with enterprise data and apply prompt engineering and data models.
• Present AI solutions to clients, translating tech decisions into business terms.
