Job summary

SoftServe is looking for an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver enterprise AI/ML solutions for client engagements, with a focus on the Middle East and Central Asia. You will shape scalable, secure architectures across on‑premises and hybrid environments, collaborating with customers, partners, and delivery teams from use‑case definition through production.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Solution Architect designing complex AI/ML solutions.
• 4+ years of technical leadership in ML or Data Science.
• Experience with on-premises and hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Strong Python and modern AI/ML frameworks knowledge.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI/ML solution architectures for enterprise needs.
• Lead AI initiatives from discovery through production deployment.
• Define architectures for Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and AI agents.
• Recommend AI technologies, deployment approaches, and GPU sizing.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, engineers, and data teams.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and operational readiness.
