AgileEngine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows and AI-powered applications for enterprise software products. You will lead the development of agent orchestration patterns, tool coordination, memory management, and multi-agent collaboration.

The role emphasizes building production-ready solutions, enabling agents to reason, choose tools, and integrate into CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on reliability, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a software product development environment.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with TypeScript and Python.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and memory management.
• Use agentic coding tools through planning, implementation, testing, and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and support workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, reliability, security, and governance.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and turn experiments into production.
• Build complete, usable products—not just demonstrations.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and delivery through agentic development.
• Mentor engineers and shape agentic-first strategy across the org.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect capabilities to outcomes.
