AgileEngine is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design and build agentic workflows for enterprise software products. You will lead the development of AI-powered applications, coordinate tools and services, and create reliable, scalable solutions.

You'll work with Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, Python, REST APIs, and AWS, building multi-agent systems and AI agents that assist coding, testing, and deployment. Strong collaboration and architecture skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows that coordinate tools, services, data, and human approvals.
• Develop reusable patterns for agent orchestration and multi-agent collaboration.
• Use agentic coding tools across planning, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Integrate agents into development, testing, deployment, and operations workflows.
• Establish standards for evaluation, observability, and security of agents.
• Prototype new agentic capabilities and scale successful experiments to production.
• Mentor engineers and shape an agentic-first strategy.
• Collaborate with leaders to connect capabilities to outcomes.
