Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a seasoned software engineer specializing in AI to advance evaluation-driven development loops for AI systems. You will partner with product teams, apply practical guardrails for reliability and governance, and prototype scalable AI building blocks.

The role requires hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), plus strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. Remote-friendly hybrid work model is available.

Qualifications

• At least 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with production AI or data-intensive systems.
• Excellent Python programming skills and cloud proficiency (Azure/AWS).
• Hands-on with Generative AI, LLMs, tool use, agents, and their trade-offs.
• Ability to design end-to-end AI systems across APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infra.

Responsibilities

• Define and apply evaluation-driven development loops for AI systems.
• Partner with product teams to identify cross-product opportunities and patterns.
• Contribute to AI-native engineering practices and automated testing.
• Prototype new approaches and turn AI capabilities into scalable building blocks.
• Guide other engineers through collaboration, peer review, and knowledge sharing.
• Align implementation choices with customer value, feasibility, and outcomes.
