Job summary

Lingaro is seeking a senior Data Scientist / AI Architect within DS/AI Consulting and Advisory to blend hands-on AI delivery with strategic influence on Lingaro's AI business direction, services portfolio, and sales activities.

The role combines leadership and delivery: about half the time on business development, pre-sales, offering definitions, demos, and thought leadership, and the other half on client projects as a senior Data Scientist, AI Engineer, Technical Project Leader, or AI Advisor.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Expert knowledge in Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, or Generative AI.
• Drive to understand business requirements and needs.
• Ability to combine technical and business topics.
• Excellent communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints.
• Experience in working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.
• Extensive experience in one of the following customer-facing roles: consultant or advisor, technical presales, delivery leader, project manager, or business analyst.
• High ambition, motivation, and passion to achieve things that no one achieved before.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI delivery and advisory projects, advising on architecture and best practices for customer solutions.
• Research DS/AI problems and define guidelines for other teams.
• Stay up-to-date with DS and AI market trends and share insights.
• Collaborate with Lingaro sales and delivery teams to identify and win new opportunities.
• Develop DS/AI offerings and thought leadership content for internal and external use.
• Promote Lingaro's AI value proposition within the company and with clients.
• Support teams in achieving high customer satisfaction and successful deliveries.
