Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an Advanced AI Engineer to join the Agent Harness team. You will build and extend the agent runtime in Python, using LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents to enable multi-agent orchestration and tool integration.

You’ll contribute to design and implement stateful agents, helping scale the harness for increasing traffic and collaborating with Applied Science and aiR/engineering teams in a fast-moving, cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
Experience building LLM-powered or agentic systems with LangChain/LangGraph.
Strong design instincts and clean, testable code.
Understanding of async Python, API design, and relational data (PostgreSQL).
Experience delivering cloud-native systems with CI/CD and containers (Docker); familiarity with Kubernetes.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent; English proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

Build and extend the Python-based agent runtime using LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents.
Implement harness capabilities: streaming output, tool calling, human-in-the-loop, memory, and long-running session support.
Contribute to extensibility, protocol layers, and A2A interoperability.
Collaborate across teams to move capabilities from experiments to production safely.
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in design reviews.
