Job summary

Relativity ODA LLC is seeking a Senior AI Engineer in Poland to help shape the architecture of our agent runtime and enable scalable, cloud-native AI platforms. You will work with LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents to implement robust runtime foundations for Relativity's AI products.

You will advance long-session handling, broaden protocol support, and design first-class agent patterns that empower multiple engineering teams without rebuilding core runtime functionality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including strong Python experience.
• Experience with LLM-powered or agentic systems using LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, and agent state management.
• Strong solution architecture and reusable abstractions.
• Solid async Python, API/service design, and PostgreSQL knowledge.
• Experience delivering cloud-native systems in Azure with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English proficiency for technical communication.
