Job summary

Relativity is seeking an Advanced AI Engineer to build and extend our agent runtime on the Agent Harness team. You will work hands-on with LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents to empower multi-agent orchestration and scalable runtimes.

You will advance capabilities for long‑session handling, protocol support, and production readiness, collaborating with Applied Science and aiR application teams while navigating a fast‑moving AI space in a hybrid/remote Poland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python building production systems.
• Experience with cloud‑native deployments (Azure or similar) with CI/CD and containers.
• English proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and extend the agent runtime in Python using LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents.
• Implement harness capabilities such as streaming, tool calling, and memory management.
• Develop MCP tool servers and A2A interoperability mechanisms.
• Support multi‑agent orchestration and state management across runtimes.
• Write clean, tested code and participate in reviews.
• Collaborate with teams to move capabilities from experiments into production.
