Relativity is seeking a Senior AI Engineer for the Agent Harness team to shape the architecture of the agent runtime, applying LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents to Relativity's platform. You will expand capabilities like long-session handling and protocol support, design clean abstractions for reuse, and collaborate across product teams to scale agentic workloads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with Python.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or equivalent for LLM-powered or agentic systems.
• Experience with tool calling, orchestration, and agent state management.
• Strong solution architecture with reusable abstractions for engineers.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Python, API design, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience deploying cloud-native systems in Azure with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• English proficiency for technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Build production-grade AI agent runtime and platform capabilities.
• Design reusable abstractions for agents and runtimes.
• Collaborate with teams to scale agent workloads across products like aiR Assist and ClaiR.
• Work with LangGraph, LangChain, and Deep Agents frameworks.
