Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Operations to lead data governance, reporting infrastructure, and AI-native workflows that drive how our GTM organization executes and makes decisions.

You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives, including dashboards, KPI definitions, and AI-enabled process design, collaborating with stakeholders across Sales Ops, FP&A, IT, and business teams.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Business Strategy & Operations, or related analytical field (Data Science, Management Consulting, etc.).
• Advanced Salesforce proficiency — deep understanding of CRM data architecture and how pipeline data maps to business processes.
• Expert-level Tableau skills — able to design dashboards that drive decisions, not just display numbers.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools (Claude, Microsoft CoPilot, or similar LLMs) as a core productivity and workflow design tool.
• Track record of end-to-end project ownership across requirements, build, launch, and enablement.
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills — able to present complex findings clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Performance Reporting & Dashboard Development: Own the full lifecycle of dashboard and reporting initiatives — requirements gathering through launch and enablement.
• Data & KPI Governance: Own KPI definitions, data standards, and governance processes; investigate and resolve data discrepancies across systems.
• AI Workflow Design & GTM Engineering: Identify high-leverage opportunities to improve GTM quality and scale through AI; design and deploy AI-native workflows.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Sales Ops, FP&A, IT, and Business Process & Technology to translate field needs into data, reporting, and systems solutions.
