Archer Recruitment is assisting a globally recognised pharmaceutical leader in finding a Senior Agentic AI Engineer/Architect to own an enterprise-scale AI initiative from architecture to production. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes building production-grade Agentic AI in a complex, global enterprise environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery, define scalable architectures, and mentor engineers while remaining deeply technical.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience in software/Python engineering.
• Strong technical leadership or architecture background.
• Proven track record of production-grade Agentic AI delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of production-grade Agentic AI solutions.
• Define scalable architectures with LLMs, RAG, multi-agent workflows and tools.
• Lead and mentor a team of AI/software engineers while staying hands-on.
• Take AI systems from 0 → 1 → production with focus on reliability and impact.
