Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking an AI solution architect with 10+ years in architecture and 3–5 years focused on AI/ML. You will drive standard AI patterns, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent orchestration across enterprise-scale use cases.

In this role you’ll partner with delivery partners, provide strategic advisory at VP/Director level, and upskill teams on validated architectural patterns and best practices. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with 3–5 years in AI/ML solutions.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Experience designing scalable, reusable AI architecture patterns across multiple use cases and teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority and strategic advisor for AI solution architecture across high-priority use cases.
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns including model selection, RAG design, and multi-agent coordination.
• Shape observability, evaluation, and cost-management frameworks for AI systems in production.
• Engage in PI Planning and executive reviews, providing strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
