Job summary

MindPal is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design of a production-grade AI agent platform for the pharma sector. You will set architecture standards, govern multi-agent orchestration, and guide tool integrations with a focus on security and compliance.

This is a fully remote role supporting global teams. You will bridge architecture and implementation, mentoring engineers and shaping platform roadmap by evaluating new AI frameworks and technologies while ensuring governance and observability

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI/GenAI/LLM-based solutions.
• Strong software engineering background (Python, APIs, distributed systems).
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Langflow, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or n8n.
• Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, tool calling, and context management.

Responsibilities

• Define the target architecture and technical standards for AI agents across the platform.
• Design single-agent and multi-agent systems, orchestration patterns, RAG solutions, tool integration, memory management, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Establish best practices for the entire agent lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and versioning.
• Define security, governance, access control, and multi-tenant isolation standards.
• Design integrations with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, knowledge platforms, and AI services.
• Support engineering teams with complex agentic use cases and architectural decisions.
• Drive observability standards, including tracing, logging, monitoring, latency tracking, and cost attribution.
