Job summary

Capgemini Engineering seeks a senior AI Solution Architect to lead as the technical authority for AI across high-priority use cases, bridging reusable platform services with production delivery. You will drive architectural alignment, scalability, and cost efficiency at enterprise scale.

You will influence PI Planning, enable delivery partner teams, and mentor junior architects while shaping validated architectural patterns and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with AI/ML focus.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Proven ability to design scalable reusable AI architecture across multiple use cases and teams.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client AI team to understand priority use cases and existing architecture.
• Define and enforce standard AI architecture patterns across use cases, including model selection and multi-agent coordination.
• Identify duplicated components and consolidate into shared reusable services to reduce technical debt.
