Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Poland seeks a senior AI Solution Architect to lead AI architecture across high-priority use cases. You will bridge reusable platform services with production delivery, driving scalability and cost efficiency at enterprise scale.

The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture, 3–5 years in AI/ML, and strong executive communication for multi-partner environments. Hybrid work model with Capgemini Helpline and extensive training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with 3–5 years in AI/ML and Generative AI.
• Deep expertise in AI architecture, RAG pipelines, and LLM orchestration.
• Proven ability to design scalable AI patterns across multiple use cases and teams.
• T-shaped expertise spanning data architecture, integration, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical authority and strategic advisor for AI solution architecture.
• Define standard AI architecture patterns, including model selection, RAG, and orchestration.
• Identify and consolidate reusable services to reduce technical debt and increase delivery efficiency.
• Design observability, evaluation, and monitoring frameworks for AI systems in production.
• Participate in PI Planning and executive reviews, guiding senior stakeholders.
