Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in Poland. You will drive the expansion of our KOL and affiliate network, managing partnerships from outreach to execution and optimizing growth across markets.

You will recruit affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities, collaborate with product teams, and align partner strategies with our business goals to maximize trading volume and user activation in the region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
Fluency in English and Polish and experience in crypto or trading.
Strong analytical skills with data/BI tool experience (Excel/SQL/Tableau/Looker).
Proven affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD experience in Poland.

Responsibilities

Expand network of KOLs and affiliates in Poland from outreach to execution.
Recruit affiliates, VIP traders, and trading/crypto communities.
Drive campaigns to increase trading volume and new user acquisition.
Build and maintain strategic partner relationships for mutual growth.
Collaborate with product teams to gather market insights and optimize offerings.
Monitor competitors and market trends to refine strategies.
