Job summary

OKX is seeking a dedicated Affiliate Business Development Manager for Poland to expand our network of affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities. You will own end-to-end partnerships, recruitment, and program optimization to boost volume and user acquisition.

Based in Poland, you will collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams, stay ahead of market trends, and help shape regional strategies while upholding our standards and growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in affiliate operations, performance marketing, or BD within crypto, finance, or trading.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on data инструмент using BI tools (Excel/SQL/Tableau/Looker).
• Fluent English and Polish communication, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of Polish/Eastern European market dynamics and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities in Poland.
• Develop campaigns to drive affiliate-driven user growth and trading volume.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to optimize offers and enable better targeting.
• Monitor competitive landscape and adapt strategies to maintain edge.
• Own end-to-end affiliate operations from onboarding to optimization.
