Job summary

OKX in Poland is seeking a dedicated VIP Relationship Manager to expand our VIP client base among HNWIs, family offices, and prop desks. You will focus on onboarding, retention, and delivering exceptional service to grow trading volume.

Reporting to local leadership, you will create revenue strategies, work with product for improvements, and lead partnerships across Europe while ensuring strict KYC/AML compliance and a strong brand presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional CEE languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive trading volume and AUM by onboarding and retaining VIP clients in Poland.
• Develop revenue strategy aligned with European product offerings.
• Collaborate with product team to implement client feedback and product enhancements.
• Lead European partnerships, negotiate agreements to expand reach.
• Manage relationships with HNWIs and key clients across Europe.
• Ensure KYC/AML compliance and act as brand ambassador.
