National Talent KSA is seeking a KOL Business Development Manager to identify and onboard crypto influencers, affiliates, and community leaders, turning relationships into active users.

You’ll build partnerships with Telegram groups, trading communities, and regional networks, negotiate terms, track ROI, and collaborate with marketing and community teams on launches and co-branded content to drive measurable growth.

Qualifications

• You are crypto-native and already live on X, Telegram, and Discord.
• 1–3+ years in BD, partnerships, influencer marketing, or community growth.
• Experience in crypto or fintech is a plus.
• You have an existing network, or you can build one fast.
• You have strong English.
• A regional language (CIS, SEA, Korea, MENA, LatAm) is a big plus.
• You are comfortable with targets, CRM, and reporting ROI.
