Haleon in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Senior Customer Activation Manager to orchestrate activation initiatives across channels, collaborating with Marketing, Sales and NRM to drive brand performance. The role emphasizes data-driven activation, agile project leadership and cross-functional coordination.

You will develop activation calendars, translate strategies into plans, monitor ROI and KPIs, and manage timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of experience in customer activation, shopper, category activation, or NRM in consumer healthcare/pharmaceuticals.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data and translate into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data tools (Power BI).
• Experience with IQVIA or Nielsen data.
• Ability to work with Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Strong project management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly activation calendars for Haleon brands across channels and customers.
• Translate brand and category strategies into customer-specific activation plans with commercial priorities and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to design activation workplans for in-store and digital activations.
• Monitor and optimize activation performance using KPIs like ROI and uplift.
• Lead cross-functional activation projects using agile methods, managing timelines and budgets.
