Haleon is seeking a Market Deployment & Adoption Analyst to join its Commercial Digital Services team. Based in Poland, the role focuses on deploying digital products and embedding them across global markets to drive measurable business value.

The analyst collaborates with market teams, product squads, and deployment leads to identify adoption barriers and enable successful uptake of new tools in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Adoption Tracking & Reporting: Monitor adoption, usage, and behavioural engagement metrics across multiple markets for digital initiatives. Create and maintain dashboards and regular reporting to highlight adoption progress, gaps, and risks.
• Deployment & Change Execution: Support readiness assessments, communication plans, training coordination, and enablement activities to prepare markets for go-live; coordinate change activities across initiatives.
