Job summary

3M is seeking an Abrasives Systems Division Activation Marketer for Central Europe (Poland). The role focuses on demand generation, sales enablement, and local program execution to drive share and brand preference.

You will lead local go-to-market activities with the sales team, run demand generation, and provide insights to global teams to refine programs and target accounts. Hybrid work with travel up to 50% in Poland.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales and/or marketing experience.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Native-level Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead local activities aligned with the Division activation calendar with the local sales team.
• Execute demand generation programs and track conversions at country level.
• Provide local analytics and insights to AMOL and Global teams.
• Communicate marketing updates to local sales and channel teams.
• Advance local market share growth and 3M brand preference through Area teams.
