You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and NRM to translate brand strategies into executable in-store and digital activations, driving strong brand performance and business results. The role requires a data-driven, analytical mindset, with hands-on experience in Excel, IQVIA/Nielsen data, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of success in customer activation, shopper, category activation, or NRM in consumer healthcare/pharma.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience with IQVIA or Nielsen data.
• Ability to work with Power BI reports.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly activation calendars across channels and customers.
• Translate brand strategies into customer-specific activation plans aligned with priorities and sales targets.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales and Category teams to design activation workplans.
• Monitor and optimize activation performance based on KPIs like ROI and uplift.
• Lead cross-functional activation projects using agile methods, managing timelines and budgets.
• Serve as liaison between commercial teams, including office and field-based.
