Ideal candidates have at least 3 years as SM, experience in engineering with firmware or embedded software, strong leadership and communication, and a proactive approach to change. This role offers opportunities to contribute to organizational transformation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master in an engineering context.
• Experience with firmware, embedded software, or hardware development is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAFe and scaling Agile.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and empower teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; able to drive change.
• Analytical, proactive in identifying and solving performance issues.
• Nice to Have: experience with other scaling frameworks; prior leadership roles; transformation initiatives; cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Support three engineering teams to improve effectiveness and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and help teams adopt scalable practices.
• Coach teams and individuals on Agile principles and Scrum.
• Identify impediments and drive resolution across teams.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and Product Owners to align objectives.
• Promote accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Contribute to broader Agile transformation initiatives.
• Support conflict resolution and navigate changing circumstances.
