Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Katowice, Poland is seeking a Scrum Master to join our Embedded Software Engineering organization. You will work with 2-3 engineering teams to enable agile delivery and continuous improvement.

The role requires 3+ years in servant leadership, experience with SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, plus Professional Scrum Master certification. Hybrid work with in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. English and Polish at B2 level required; Bachelor's degree needed.

Qualifications

Over 3 years of hands-on experience in servant leadership and Agile development as a Scrum Master.
Practical experience with Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean.
Professional Scrum Master I certification or higher.
English at B2 level or higher.
Polish at B2 level or higher.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

Facilitate team scrum events, team development, and team relentless improvement.
Coach Product Owner and collaborate with team leader.
Support Solution events and remove Solution-level impediments.
Contribute to ESW organizational development.
