Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Scrum Master to drive agile development across product teams in a global IT environment. You will coach teams, enable collaboration, and address impediments to deliver value in complex, international settings.

The ideal candidate has several years of Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience in IT, with strong Jira/Confluence and collaboration tool skills, and fluent English. Hybrid work model with a Wroclaw office is offered.

Qualifications

Several years of practical experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in a comparable role within complex IT environments.
Proven experience in coaching and developing teams and driving sustainable improvements in collaboration and delivery.
Strong practical understanding of agile ways of working with pragmatic application of frameworks.
Solid experience in change management, facilitation, mediation, and coaching.
Good understanding of organizational dynamics, dependencies, and systemic impediments.
Experience in IT operations and/or product-oriented environments.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and collaboration tools such as Miro or Conceptboard.
Fluent English (min. C1), structured, self-driven and solution-oriented; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Driving team development by coaching teams and Agile roles toward stronger collaboration and continuous improvement.
Identifying and addressing impediments and root causes that limit team effectiveness and value delivery.
Improving ways of working with teams, interfaces, and stakeholders while considering end-to-end value stream.
Facilitating organizational change across product groups, teams, and stakeholder structures.
Coaching teams and stakeholders in practical application of agile values and frameworks.
Strengthening cross-team collaboration and making dependencies and friction visible.
Supporting conflict resolution, alignment and decision-making in international settings.
Contributing to ongoing transformation and post-merger integration.
Helping teams become more autonomous and self-sustaining.
